VINYASA FLOW (LEVEL 1.5-3): This vinyasa class focuses on syncing breath, body, and movement for a truly transformative flow. Expect a slightly faster pace to help you build heat, strength and flexibility, sometimes repeating a series of flowing postures. As a level 1.5-3 class, it is appropriate for advancing beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, with plenty of invitations to take resting postures or play around with advanced asanas like arm balances and inversions. 

ALL LEVEL FLOW: Find your flow as you sync breath, body, and movement, As an all level class, students can expect options to modify intensity up or down however their bodies need.

VINYASA FLOW (ALL LEVELS): Vinyasa flows are generally faster paced to help you build heat, strength and flexibility. As an all levels class, it is appropriate for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. Except tons of options to modify the intensity in whatever ways your body needs.

VINYASA FLOW (LEVEL 2-3): Intermediate and advanced students can explore advanced asanas, arm balances, and inversions, but always with invitations to take rest and modify according to your individual needs. Class environment is caring, nurturing, and playful, where we learn to strive for progress instead of perfection.

POWER YOGA 1.5-2

POWER YOGA (LEVEL 1.5-2): Power yoga is an amazing way to build heat, strength and flexibility. Postures are held for approximately five breaths to focus on breath, alignment, and strength. movement is coordinated with breath. As a level 1.5-2 class, this class is appropriate for advancing beginners and intermediate students.

ENERGETIC FLOW

MODERATE FLOW: Move at a steady, medium pace as you sync breath with movement. Students can expect alignment cues, plenty of assists (if they want them), and a sweet balance between effort and ease.

VINYASA FLOW (LEVEL 1.5-3): This vinyasa class focuses on syncing breath, body, and movement. As a level 1.5-3 class, it is appropriate for advancing beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, with plenty of invitations to take resting postures or play around with advanced asanas like arm balances and inversions.

ENERGETIC (SPICY) FLOW: A briskly-paced flow that incorporates challenging yet accessible poses to create an active, energetic sequence. A limited number of arm balances and inversions may be included, and modifications and variations will be offered to allow you to tailor the practice to your personal needs and goals.

CANDLELIGHT FLOW

Yoga District H Street

 

CANDLELIGHT FLOW (LEVEL 1-2): Flow through yoga postures accompanied by the pleasant glow of candlelight, soothing music, and meditative sequences. In this class, we shift the focus away from intensity and building heat, and instead emphasize fluidity and calming the mind. It's the absolute best way to wind down and let go of stress. As an all levels class, it is appropriate for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
